In the November edition our Kanapé Pitch Series, our CEO Nora Szeles spoke to Péter Gábor Nagy, the Director of Sales, Marketing and Issuer Acquisitions at the Budapest Stock Exchange. Peter comes from South-West Hungary, his hometown is Zalaegerszeg, then graduated as an economist at Corvinus University, Budapest. After graduating, he soon started working ont he capital markets. He worked as a fund manager for 13 years, while he was involved in domestic and regional equity investments, and has developed a passion for the stock exchange. Peter joined the Budapest Stock Exchange 3 years ago. Here his main focus is on offering market services for earlier stage companies like listing on the so-called XTEND market, the development of the BSE50 club that serves the most potential future issuers, and the management of the Elite program that offers education programs for the management of potential stock market participants.
