The LIFT99, which has been building the local and international startup community for many years, has compiled a list of Estonian-related startups that have earned a place on the Wall of Fame due to their business achievements and positive impact on the world.
To make it onto the list of the best, companies had to meet several criteria:
- Their activities must serve to make the world a better place or benefit the startup community.
- Annual revenue growth of 80-100%.
- Annual revenue exceeding EUR 3M or received financing above EUR 5M.
- Monthly tax payments to the Estonian state of more than EUR 100,000.
- Stock options for employees.
- The company’s shares are mostly no longer owned by the founders.
Based on these strict criteria, the following 29 companies made it onto the Estonian Wall of Fame alongside the 9 other Estonian unicorns:

Adcash
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Tallinn, Adcash is an international digital advertising platform offering services to advertisers and publishers. Its specialized areas include display ads, video ads, and online advertising campaign optimization. Adcash enables efficient and targeted campaign operations, allowing both advertisers and publishers to benefit through the platform. The use of automated technologies and big data analytics helps increase advertising effectiveness. Thus, Adcash offers opportunities for digital marketing professionals to manage their campaigns more efficiently. Their services are used in 195 countries worldwide, reaching 200 million users daily with their ads.
Testlio
Founded in 2012, Testlio provides software testing services to its clients. The company selects the most suitable freelancers from over 10,000 software testers from 150 countries according to the clients’ needs, coordinates the projects, and provides a proprietary testing platform. The company performs testing for AI applications, localization, payment services, analytics software across various industries, including banking, education, media and entertainment, and retail. By 2022, the company had over 200 employees and received numerous international recognitions. Testlio’s clients include companies like Microsoft, SAP, HBO, PayPal, and Uber.
Cleveron
Cleveron develops, manufactures, installs, and maintains modern outdoor and indoor parcel lockers. In addition to the familiar drawer solution for end-users, the company’s product portfolio includes “tray” lockers equipped with automatic sorting software used in warehouses and units suitable for storing groceries ordered online and prepared for pickup (click and collect). The company has been operating for more than 16 years and has delivered 7,800 parcel lockers to over 50 countries. Cleveron counts Walmart, Decathlon, and Zara among its clients.
